RON SHANTZ is our Co-Founder and Executive  Director at Front Line Outreach.

Ron has over 30 years of non-profit and charity leadership experience. He was Founding Executive Director of Kerr Street Ministries in Oakville, ON, and continues to serve as Executive Director of Prince Charles Place, a non-profit housing provider in Oakville, ON.

JOYCE SHANTZ is our Co-Founder.

Joyce has served in all areas of ministry, especially alongside single moms, with grace and humility, lovingly including all that have come her way.
