RON SHANTZ - CEO of Front Line Outreach
Ron has over 17 years of non-profit experience. He was Founding Executive Director of Kerr Street Ministries in Oakville ON, and the Executive Director of Prince Charles Place, a non-profit housing provider also in Oakville, ON.

Joyce has served with Ron in all areas of ministry with grace and humility lovingly including all that have come her way.

OUR PURPOSE:
We help local churches and organizations connect with local subsidized housing communities for the purposes of poverty relief and community investment. Our primary objective is to address the symptoms of poverty and to invest in children and youth to enable them to break free from poverty.
